At Naked Cake, your satisfaction is our top priority. We work with global suppliers to bring you a wide selection of products at great prices. Because of our fulfillment model, please read our return and refund terms carefully.
Naked Cake will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label.
Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
If eligible, a full refund will be given once your package has been received and confirmed that the conditions for reimbursement.
Your refund will be returned to the same billing used to make the original payment on the order with the supplier. The processing time varies depending on the payment solution they used to buy the product.
If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee or we may decline the entire return.
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item.
- Please allow 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
- You will be emailed after return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
Exchanges/Exclusions
We're sorry, but item exchanges are not currently supported. No final sale items are eligible for returns or refunds.
