FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS $70+

Orders of $70 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States. For orders under $70, shipping rates are based on order weight.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Naked Cake works with fulfillment partners located in both the United States and overseas. Delivery times vary depending on the fulfillment location of the item(s) in your order.

U.S. Fulfillment:
Most domestically fulfilled products are estimated to arrive within 2–5 business days after processing.

Overseas Fulfillment:
Products fulfilled from an overseas warehouse are generally estimated to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days, including processing and transit time.

Please note that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, holidays, severe weather, customs processing, or other circumstances outside of our control may affect delivery times.

If your order contains multiple items, products may be fulfilled from different warehouses and arrive in separate packages. Tracking information will be provided as each shipment becomes available.

STANDARD SHIPPING RATES

Expedited and overnight shipping are not currently available.

SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

Naked Cake currently ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently offer international delivery.

Please note that some products may be fulfilled from an overseas warehouse before being delivered to a U.S. address.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order. Tracking may take additional time to show movement after a shipping label has been created.

For products fulfilled overseas, tracking information may update as the package moves between international and domestic carriers.

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at info@shopnakedcake.com within 7 days of delivery—or within 7 days of the expected delivery date for a missing package.

We'll review the situation and work with you on the appropriate next steps. Depending on the circumstances and product availability, a replacement or refund may be available.
